Steps to fix corrupt or forgotten password.

 

1.) Click on the Forgot Password link on the Putative Father Home Page.

 

2.) Provide the email address used when registering for search access.

 

3.) If you have just forgotten your password just click on Send Password. If there is a problem with your password and it cannot be sent to you, click on Reset Password to have a new password created and sent to you.

 

4.) Check you email for the message from the PFR.

 

5.) Use the new password to login to the PFR.

 

6.) If you just needed your password sent to you, you are done. If you had your password reset and now want to change your password, click on the Change Password link on the main page after you login.

 

7.) Enter the new password you wish to use and confirm it.

 

8.)  Your password has been reset. You may now continue to use the PFR and the next time you login, you will use your new password.
